Scoiattolo Rosso Piedmont p.g.i. hazelnut paste is produced with 100% roasted hazelnuts. To make it on our Piedmontese farm, we use a hazelnut grinding machine. Then we pass to filtration with a particle size of a few microns, about 16. In this way the hazelnut releases the oil contained inside, creating a homogeneous and smooth hazelnut paste on the palate.
Without sugar, thickeners or colourings, it is ideal for sweet and savory preparations, such as, for example, to flavor main courses of meat.
