A traditional cake made with roasted hazelnuts.
It is often accompanied by a sweetzabaione sauce, and paired with dessert wines.
INGREDIENTS: Hezelnuts 33%, eggs, sugar, food flavourings, rising agents (disodium diphospahate E 450i and sodium hydrogen carbonate E 500ii, starch).
This cake tastes wonderful since not too sweet.
