Perfect to be eaten simply, just by opening it, or to be used as an ingredient in savory and sweet culinary preparations, such as risottos, roasts, cheese platters or cakes, biscuits, creams and ice creams.

Piedmont P.G.I. hazelnuts with shell is a whole hazelnut, a round and gentle variety from the Langhe (once also called three-lobed), carefully selected on our farm with organic processing in Carrù (CN).
We cultivate it by limiting the use of pesticides as much as possible and respecting the rhythms of nature. We collect it and store it in our warehouse to dry it, in order to preserve its authenticity throughout the year.
We have chosen to pack it in a natural jute bag, which allows it to breathe and does not alter the organoleptic characteristics of the fruit. The bags range from 1kg up to 20kg.

Delivery was quite fast, 10 days from order. The downside is that I didn’t get a tracking number for the package and the package arrived unexpectedly early in the morning. It would have been cheaper to send it by regular mail, but that option is not available. The product is as high quality as always.
