Therefore, to obtain the P.G.I. certification, at least one phase of the production process must take place in a particular area. We have been cultivating Piedmont P.G.I. hazelnuts for generations, respecting the environment and sustainability. We produce artisanal sweets, such as the classic hazelnut cake (also called Cortemilia cake) or the more original Nocciolatini.
